WOW, I’m pretty excited to start this
journey! I recently discovered that I love and need these changes in my life!
And there are a lot of people out there who like me, needs
motivation and encouragement to just start to think about having a better and
healthier life.
More about me:
My name is Lily; I’m living in a small
town near Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I’m 27 years old and I work as an embalmer
in a funeral home. I started to workout (at least 3 times a week) 2 years ago,
because I wanted to loose approximately 20 pounds. At 25 years old, I reached
140lbs and since then I decided to take care of myself. I started to workout at
home (by myself) with an elliptical. And it work (not as fast as I wished it!)
because after 2 years I lost almost 20lbs. I never changed my meals or the way
I eat, and you have to know that I LOVE everything with sugar: cupcakes, candy,
candy floss, cookies, cakes, milkshakes, ice creams… Then I started to watch
what I eat and combined new workout to my routine and in one month I lost
another 3lbs!
Now I think that my body won’t be able or
don’t need to lose more weight. Now I want to be fit! So I ordered the Insanity
program and I will try it and leave my impression about this workout, about the
meal program too and I decided to change my way of eating: add a lot of
protein, vegetable, fruit, soy… I
stopped: milk, butter, white flour…
So my journey starts here:
