OMG, one of the hardest WOD I did so
far!
From CrossFit Mamas
8 Deadlifts, 60 lbs.
16 Burpees
15 Walking lunges
Run 600 meters/ 500 Jump ropes or jacks
22:50
I don't know if I did the jump rope the right way, since I don't have a jump rope... :s
