30 push-ups ball (10/20lbs. )
30 walking lunges
30 squats
30 kettlebells swing (20 lbs.)

36 CNJ (45 lbs.)

Finisher:
2 Handstand push-ups
10 side throw with medecine balls (10 lbs.) each side
x10
