Crossfit WOD from Tuesday January 29th, 2013!



My Crossfit WOD from Tuesday was:

30 push-ups ball (10/20lbs. )
30 walking lunges
30 squats
30 kettlebells swing (20 lbs.)
x2

36 CNJ (45 lbs.)

23:21

Finisher:

2 Handstand push-ups
10 side throw with medecine balls (10 lbs.) each side
x10



Holding this position on a medicine ball or executing a push up  is a great way to work your abs, arms and chest.  For workouts you can do at home, check out theworkoutgirl.com Good crossfit-type workout that involves weights, body-weight moves, and some cardio-type moves as well.  20 reps each move x 3 sets
