My WOD of Sunday Feb. 17th, 2013 is:

50 Thrusters, 20 lbs.
30 Push-ups
21 Deadlift, 30lbs

50 Squats

50 Kettlebells Swings, 20 lbs.
50 Sit-ups

25 Thrusters, 20 lbs.
15 Push-ups
10 Deadlift, 30 lbs.

100 Squats

25 Kettlebells, 20 lbs
25 sit-ups

and I forget to take my time so.... Unknown!


and tomorrow (monday) I'll try this WOD: ish :S
